i think it’s so beautiful to be illuminating or re-discovering a gift, a natural artistry that has always been present in us, slowly nurturing it and then being able to create a business around it. a business that not only lights up our own soul but also brings some form of relief, support, direction to the lives of those who need what we are offering.
but this is often not the truth for many of us. this is not the path of business that is either taught to us or is available to be seen in the traditional business examples.
if anything, the conditioning of our masculine-focused world has trained us to believe that the only way to succeed in business is to move fast and quick, to exert and toil all day long, to ‘beat’ the competition somehow, to always be busy, to give it all until you have nothing left for for yourself.
