In Becoming Her, I speak to the high-achieving woman inside of you and show her that she doesn’t have to abandon her femininity so she can actualise her desires. Coming from quite an intellectual background (with a Bachelors in Mathematics and Masters in Business Management) and then having spent my twenties in the internal corporate space, I know firsthand how our logical mind takes over our “feeling” wisdom when we are living life the masculine way. This is why embodiment practices play such an integral role in this process of reconnecting with our feminine essence.
