Most of us women grow up seeing such (masculine) role-models in business, believing that this is how business success should look like. Faster, louder, onwards and upwards. When actually, this type of success model quietly and slowly overrides our feminine cycles, our natural desires for rest, relaxation and regulation, our most normal needs for play, fun, frolic and pressure-free creativity in our work. This, over time, also slowly erodes the inner resource pool of our gifts, talents and passions that we used to feel once excited about and wanted to dream about creating a business around.
